                 What is CBD Oil?
CBD oil is short for cannabidiol oil and is derived from Cannabis. CBD oil is extracted from the Cannabis plant to provide a natural supplement. Cannabidiol oil is taken by many people today who claim it helps with general health and wellbeing along with a wide range of different ailments.
How does CBD oil work?
CBD Drops are taken orally and left under the tongue for a minute or two so that it is absorbed into the ECS. This method is known as sublingual. Our CBD tinctures allow for easy dosing and administration of your chosen CBD oil drops.
What is CBD oil good for?
Full Spectrum CBD oil in the UK is commonly used for general health and wellbeing purposes. There is still a great deal of research being conducted, but users of Cannabidiol oil are reporting life changing results.
Will CBD get me high?
Cannabis CBD oil contains a very low amount of the  psychoactive ingredient, THC so is not addictive and will not result in the user feeling “high.” Legal Full Spectrum CBD Oil in the UK contains less than 0.2% THC, which is the psychoactive ingredient in Cannabis that causes a high feeling. In amounts of less than 0.2%, the user benefits from not only the CBD but the other cannabinoids the full plant extract has to offer.
How much CBD oil should I take?
When starting out taking CBD oil it is best practice to start off with a low dose of CBD drops and work your way up, letting the Cannabidiol oil build up gradually in your ECS System. Keep increasing your dose gradually until you start to feel some relief from your CBD. It’s all about finding the perfect dose, or `sweet spot', for you as an individual. People have been known to see results from CBD oil anywhere from a week onwards with full effects continuing for a up to a month.
How long after CBD oil can I take medicine?
We recommend a two-hour delay between taking your CBD oil and taking any other medication. Usually there is no reaction as CBD is made from natural ingredients without chemicals, but always consult with your GP if you are taking any other medication, particularly for blood pressure.
What is the difference between Hemp Oil & CBD Oil?
CBD products are sometimes referred to as CBD Oil or Hemp Oil but are listed under CBD oils. There is a difference between the two, and it’s useful to recognise it. Although taken from the same plant, Hemp Oils are taken from the seeds of the cannabis plant whereas CBD oil is taken from the cannabis leaf, stalk and stem.  Hemp Oils are therefore usually less effective than CBD products as Hemp Oil seeds are not as pure as the Cannabis plants leaves, stalk or stems. Hemp Oil is more commonly used for cooking, skin creams and other beauty products such as shampoos.
